Located at an altitude of 7000 ft on the Singalila Ridge, Singalila National Park is a well-known National Park in Darjeeling, West Bengal. Being spread over an area of 78.6 sq. kilometers in the Darjeeling valley with an altitude varying between 7,900ft to about 12,000ft. Singalila National Park is home of much of Himalayan wildlife and many endangered species including Red Panda.

By Air:

The Bagdogra Airport is the nearest airport to Singalila National Park at a distance of 13 kilometers from Darjeeling. All the major air carriers from major cities of India operates in between.

Bagdogra is also connected to Bangkok and Parso, hence this airport is also attracting international tourists.

On reaching Bagdogra Airport, one can easily hire a cab or shared cab or bus to reach the main town of Darjeeling and then to Singalila National Park, which takes around 1.45 hours.

By Train:

The nearest railway station of Singalila National Park is Ghoom Railway Station. To reach Ghoom, one needs to travel via the very famous Darjeeling Toy Train that runs from New Jalpaiguri to Darjeeling.

The road route from Siliguri to Singalila National Park: Siliguri > Sukna > Rangtong > Kurseong > Tung > Sonada > Ghoom > Manebhanjan  > Tonglu (90 km).
