Located about 20 km from Thodupuzha in Idukki, district of Kerala, Thommankuthu Waterfalls is famous for its series of 12 waterfalls over a distance of 5km. The height difference between the first and the last waterfall is about 500m and all these 12 waterfalls pass through the lush evergreen forest.
Thommankuth Waterfalls comes under the eco-tourism project initiated by Tourism Dept, Govt of Kerala. Thommankuthu attracts nature lovers and adventure seekers to enrich the essence of nature. Entry to Thommankuthu waterfall area is between 08:00 AM and 05:00 PM.

Thommankuthu Trekking:
The thommankuthu trek is about 5 km through the forests, which is available during the months September to May. This is available on request at the reception near Thommankuth Waterfalls. The trek covers a few terrain areas and also a number of waterfalls.
